The Belgrade Church of Christ building in the beautiful Gallatin Valley.
Families & Teenagers.
There will be spiritual lessons, singing, fellowship time and opportunities to have fun with other families (For example: ice skating, sledding, Museum of The Rockies, just to name a few!). Childcare will be provided during the lessons (everyone with kids will be asked to take turns helping with the childcare). Singles, young adults and empty-nesters are welcome too!
There will be some activities & spiritual devotionals specifically for teens.
NOTE: Since this is the first year that we are hosting this event (and since we are co-hosting the Shepherd’s Network Elders Workshop in the evenings), space will be limited for families. Registration will be on a “first come” basis. Additional families will be placed on a waiting list. We will have more space available next year to include many more families.
We plan to not turn any teens away. We encourage churches that have teens that want to participate to organize chaperones to bring them like they would for a youth rally.
NOTE #2: Our plan is to host teenagers in homes (like a youth rally). There may be some housing available for families in host homes upon request but those will be very limited and not guaranteed. The church has reserved 30 double Queen rooms at the Baymont hotel in Bozeman for $100/night, rooms are to be booked and paid by individual families. *Deadline for room reservations is 12/31/21, we recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible.
How to reserve a room:
You can book by calling the hotel directly at 406-585-2626 and book a room under the Belgrade church of Christ group. Your group rate is only valid for the nights of 1/14 and 1/15. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, separate reservations will need to be made for the extra nights and you will need to work that out with the hotel.
Since families will be paying for their own hotel rooms (and the cost of travel) we will not have a set fee for the rally. We will provide a box for people to make a “free will” offering to help cover the food costs if they are able.
Since this is the first year that we are hosting this, we are still working through some of the details. Thanks for your patience:) We plan to have a schedule out in mid-November.
